WHO IS THIS FOR? This report can be used by worker educators, trade union leaders and activists who are focused on women in the workplace and the challenges they face.

The report is on a workshop held in Thailand in 2016, where women workers, activists and leaders met to discuss occupational safety and health in the context of women in the workplace. Women from Cambodia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and India were represented. Topics include looking how attitudes to gender and sex, physical work hazards, discrimination, sexual harassment and stress can all impact women workers’ health. The report looks at the key issues, and discusses ways to deal with them.
