Our courses build on the Foundation Skills for Social Change Programme, which equips grassroots leaders in trade unions and community organisations with theoretical, analytical, and technical foundation skills to strengthen organisations and contribute to a global knowledge community of worker educators. Organised into five key themes—Organisational Development, Digital Skills, Leadership Development, Popular Education, and Thematic Topics—the programme supports participants in becoming confident leaders, using digital tools, engaging through participatory education methods, and building knowledge on critical issues in the labour movement.
