This course has been designed for a member of a trade union or interested in understanding the role of a members within a union. This course will empower members with the knowledge to actively participate in and contribute to the trade union/member based organization or a loose groups of workers.

Prior Knowledge

Basic computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate websites, access online materials, and participate in virtual discussions or activities, may also be necessary.
