COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course teaches practical skills to help you work and lead better in groups, understand group dynamics, communicate effectively, and become more self-aware and inclusive.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR?

This course is for activists, educators, trade unionists, and community leaders who want to improve their group work, leadership, and communication skills to support collective action and social change.

  • A device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone
  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to email and a web browser
  • Ability to use basic online tools (like Zoom, Google Docs, or a learning platform)

Module 3: Group work and group dynamics- What kind of team player am I?

DESCRIPTION AND TOPICS: Module 3 explores the basics of group work, the challenges and rewards it brings, and highlights the importance of relationship-building and teamwork from both individual and group perspectives.
