Study Circle Facilitators – Individuals who lead small learning groups and help others gain confidence in using computers and the internet.
- Workers and Union Members – Especially those from the informal economy, community-based organizations, or trade unions, who need digital literacy to improve their participation in worker education, communication, and organizing.
- Adult Learners with Limited Digital Experience – Anyone who has had little to no exposure to computers and wants to build confidence in using technology.
- Grassroots Educators and Activists – Those involved in worker education, social movements, or community organizing, who need digital tools for outreach and engagement.

- Turn on, off and restart computer, using a mouse, keyboard and touchpad.
- Move files, create and delete folders
- Use Keyboard shortcuts
- Use a USB memory stick
- Search the internet using Google Chrome
- Send and receive e-mails using the Gmail application
