COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course, participants will learn how to create and organize files, edit and format a document, share and collaborate on files and print and download files.
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR?
Any occupation within an organisation or trade union that regularly needs to draft documents e.g. Minutes of a meeting, Agenda, Organizational report.
PRE-REQUISITES: WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED CRITERIA FOR ATTENDING THIS COURSE?
- Have a Gmail account
- Completed the course ‘ How to use OLA as a student’
- Good level of understanding of the English Language
